How the Judging Process Works
Public Voting
Some categories will be decided entirely by public votes, meaning we need your help to take home the win! If you believe in what we do, we’d love for you to vote for HM Pasties as your hospitality hero. You can cast your vote via the MFDF website. Don’t wait—the deadline to vote is 11:59pm on Friday, January 10th!
Mystery Shop Judging
In other categories, winners will be chosen based on a mix of public votes and feedback from mystery shop visits by the expert judging panel. The panel includes some of the region’s top food and drink critics, writers, and industry pros.
The Grand Finale
The winners will be announced at the Manchester Food and Drink Festival Awards 2024—a glittering event held at New Century Hall on Monday, January 27th. It’s set to be a night of celebration for all things food and drink in Manchester. If you’d like to join in on the fun, tickets are available now.
